NAZ SUNS

The Northern Arizona Suns Suns lost their third straight contest on Sunday, falling to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers 138-116 on the road. NAZ Suns are now three games under .500 and look to change their luck when they return to the Prescott Valley Event Center on Thursday night for a matchup with the Texas Legends. Tip off is 6:30pm.

PRESCOTT BADGERS

The Prescott Badgers baseball team committed six errors during a 7-0 home loss to the Thunderbird Chiefs on Friday. The Badgers are 1-2 in the conference headed into their next matchup against Flagstaff on the road Tuesday at 3:45pm.

Meanwhile, the Badger softball picked up their fourth win in the last five games with a victory against the Estrella Foothills Wolves last Monday 10-3. The Badgers are 4-1 in the conference with a 1-1 region record as they prepare to face rival Flagstaff at home Tuesday at 3:45pm.

It has been a struggle for the Badger volleyball team who dropped their fifth straight game on Thursday night at home, falling to the AZ College Prep Knights 3-1. The Badgers are still winless on the season and look to change that against Campo Verde on the road Tuesday. Game time is 5:30PM.

BRADHSAW MOUNTAIN BEARS

Following a 4-1 showing at the Best of the West Tournament, the Bradshaw Mountain Bears baseball team returns to region play against the Lee Williams Volunteers on the road Tuesday at 3:45pm. The Bears currently hold a 2-1 region record.

Bears softball ended the Gracie Haught Tournament with two straight losses last week and now returns to region play against Lee Williams at home on Tuesday. Bears softball looks to improve on a 1-2 region record with first1 pitch at 3:45pm.

CHINO VALLEY COUGARS

The Chino Valley Cougars baseball team dropped a home game against the Bagdad Sultans on Friday 3-2. Cougars remain at home for a matchup with the Kingman Bulldogs on Tuesday at 3:45pm.

Meanwhile, the Cougar softball team had better luck against Badgad on Friday, beating the Sultans 8-6. Just as the baseball team, the Cougar softball team remains at home for a matchup against Kingman on Tuesday at 3:45pm.

YAVAPAI COLLEGE ROUGHRIDERS

Following a small setback in the beginning of March, the Yavapai College softball team has been unstoppable since, picking up their second straight doubleheader sweep on Saturday with wins over South Mountain Community College. During the five game winning streak, the Roughriders have outscored their competition 49-3. Roughriders at 28-3 overall with a 24-2 conference record as they prepare for a doubleheader against Phoenix College at home on Tuesday. First pitch is noon.

On Friday, the Roughrider baseball team split a doubleheader with the Langley Blaze, winning their first game 19-4 but dropping the second 5-4. Roughriders sit at 19-13 on the year as they head out on the road for a doubleheader with league-leading Phoenix College on Tuesday at noon.

Embry Ridde Eagles

The Embry Riddle Eagles softball team split a doubleheader against Western New Mexico University at home on Saturday, losing the first matchup 8-5 but rebounding in the second game with a 6-0 victory. The Eagles are 10-20 on the year as they prepare for a doubleheader matchup with Arizona Christian University at home on Tuesday. First pitch is 3pm.

PHOENIX SUNS

Struggles continue for the Phoenix Suns as the team lost their sixth game out of their last seven on Sunday with a 112-95 defeat against the Pistons in Detroit. Holding a 22-48 record, the Suns head to Miami for a matchup with the Heat on Tuesday. Tip-off is 4:30pm.

ARIZONA COYOTES

The Arizona Coyotes lost their second straight game on Saturday, falling to the Blues 3-0 at home. The loss drops the team to ten games under .500 with a 26-36-9 record heading into a long road trip starting with the Nashville Predators tonight at 5pm.
